Product description

What is this product?

We came up with this Exclusive Menstrual 2 in 1 Kit because we wanted you to have a more pleasant, healthier, sustainable and budget-friendly period experience. Combining two of our most loved period products we can offer you an 11% discount if you purchase them in a bundle. No more need for dispisable pads, tampons, last minute shop runs and worries.

By the way, did you know that the amount of plastic needed for the manufacturing of 1 disposable period pad equals 4 plastic bags and 1 disposable tampon (plus its applicator and packaging) needs 500 years to decompose in landfill?

BUT you do not have to be part of this problem, instead you can be an advocate for positive solutions and opt for more eco & budget-friendly alternatives.

What does this Exclusive Menstrual 2 in 1 Kit contain?

1 Menstrual Cup OrganiCup (now AllMatters) (you can choose the size which suits you best from the drop-down menu) and 1 pack of 3 reusable organic cotton pantyliners in dark colours.

How much money will I save in the long run by getting this Exclusive Menstrual 2 in 1 Kit?

We will start with the fact that you can use the Menstrual OrganiCup for 10 years and the organic cotton pantyliners for 5. Now we will compare the amount of money which the average woman spends on period products for 10 years over here in Bulgaria. For your convenience, we will do the calculations in Euros. If the average woman in Bulgaria purchases 1 pack (containing 14 pads) per period, this makes 12 packs per year and 120 for 10 years. If one pack of conventional pads costs 2.55 euros, that makes 306 Euros for 10 years! In comparison to the price of our Exclusive Menstrual 2 in 1 Kit it turns out that disposable pads will cost you 276.33 Euros more! Even if you have to get a second set of reusable pantyliners after 5 years, one set of reusable pantyliners costs 10.73 Euros so you are still saving 265.60 Euros!

Now we will make the same calculations but for conventional disposable tampons. If the average woman in Bulgaria gets 1 pack of conventional tampons per period (a pack containing 16 tampons), these are 12 packs per year and 120 packs for 10 years. If one pack of conventional tampons costs 2.75 Euros, that makes 330 Euros for 10 years! In comparison to our Exclusive Menstrual 2 in 1 Kit, that is 300.33 Euros more! Even if you have to get a second set of reusable pantyliners after 5 years, one set of reusable pantyliners costs 10.73 Euros so you are still saving 289.60 Euros!

100% soft medical-grade silicone. No BPA, no latex, no dye.

How do I insert my Menstrual OrganiCup?

Before you use it for the first time, please sterilise it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Afterwards, rinse it with hot water and gentle, natural soap, we recommend our Marseille soap which is rich in olive oil. Then you need to fold the cup, check the link below to see the two suggested folding methods.

NB! For quick and easy insertion, find a comfortable position in which you can relax your muscles

After you insert the cup, unfold it and check if there is a vacuum formed around it.

What are the reusable Pantyliners made of?

3 ultra-absorbent cotton flannel layers inside & soft cotton flannel on the top + 1 layer of PUL. The pantyliners clip perfectly to your underwear with nickel-free plated snaps. The size of one pantyliner is 18cm length x 7cm width when clipped.

How do I take care of my reusable organic cotton pantyliners?

You can handwash them or put them in the washing machine at no more than 40 degrees. We recommend soaking the pantyliners in cold water and natural soap/laundry detergent for at least 30 minutes before washing up. Our favourite soap bar for such purposes is the Marseille one - gentle, natural, vegan and very effective when it comes to removing stains. For more pantyliner care tips & tricks, click HERE
